Tour Our Virtual Galleries
Looking for something romantic to do but can't go anywhere? May we suggest a virtual stroll through our exhibitions? The second installment of The Eye Learns: Modernist Prints from the Louis Belden Collection is now live on CAM's website. San Francisco art collector Louis Belden gave his art collection, the gift of his lifetime, to the CAM community. Share in his passions for art, for collecting, for learning, and for giving back in part one of this exhibition to go online. These works offer a range of expression, experimentation, and expansion of the terrain of postwar modernism and post-modernism. You can visit the exhibition here.

Live@CAM: Smoky Dunes Thursday, May 21 at 6:00 pm, Facebook Live Join us on Facebook for a dinner time livestream. The Smoky Dunes are a local musical duo from right here in Wilmington, NC. Their musical repertoire and style draws on classic bluegrass artists such as Doc Watson and Tony Rice as well as finger-picking pioneers Merle Travis and Chet Atkins. While they are both partial to their Martin guitars, they've been known to pick up a mandolin and a banjo. Whether it's on the porch or at a venue around town, The Smoky Dunes provide an eclectic set of music not often heard around Wilmington. CAM Cafe will provide a recipe for a special cocktail you can make at home -- stay tuned! |
