What’s your most annoying UC symptom?
Definitely the urgency. It never really lets me forget I have UC, even when I’m in remission. It’s something I still struggle with every day.

Do you have a doctor you love? If so, what makes them so great?
I actually see different doctors each time here in the UK, so I don’t have a favorite. I always appreciate one who really listens, lets me speak, and doesn’t take over the conversation.

Do you have a favorite quote or motto that keeps you going on tough days?
“There is always light at the end of the tunnel.” It’s simple but true, and it reminds me to keep going when things get rough.
