Previously, she led the Weissberg Foundation, where she collaborated with other philanthropic and nonprofit groups to advance racial equity through “field-building,” pooled funding, and collective action. Le also was chief program officer at Exponent Philanthropy.

Johnson Center for Philanthropy, Grand Valley State University Michael Moody is the Frey Foundation Chair for Family Philanthropy at the Johnson Center, where he pursues research, training, and other activities to expand the practice and public understanding of family philanthropy. He is co-author of the books Understanding Philanthropy: Its Meaning and Mission, The Philanthropy Reader, and Generation Impact: How Next Gen Donors Are Revolutionizing Giving.

| Marisa Stubbs | Critical Exposure Marisa Stubbs oversees fundraising and communications at Critical Exposure, a nonprofit that trains DC youth to use photography to advance education equity. Under her leadership, the group is projecting an 11 percent increase in small-foundation support for its current fiscal year despite the crises and an executive transition. Previously, Stubbs founded, led, and was executive chef at Food for Life, a social enterprise and culinary job training program.
