| Tia Graham | Vice President, Individual Giving/ PBS Foundation Tia Graham leads the principal giving and planned giving efforts at the PBS foundation, where she spearheaded a six-year training program for development professionals, senior leaders, and governing board members at PBS stations nationwide. Graham’s past experience includes working as a fundraiser for medical research, higher-education, and community organizations, in addition to working as a financial reporting accountant and estate planning attorney.

| Kelli Smith | Chief Development and Engagement Officer, John Ball Zoo Kelli Smith leads development, marketing, community relations, and government affairs for the John Ball Zoo, a Grand Rapids nonprofit committed to wildlife conservation and preservation. She is the Chair of the National Board of Charitable Gift Planners and serves on several boards and leadership councils in western Michigan. Previously, Smith worked in healthcare and higher education, and has more than two decades of fundraising experience.
