Second Congressional District candidate Colby Jenkins is considering another lawsuit over late postmarked ballots.
According to Brigham Tomco, Jenkins "alleged on Monday that U.S. Postal Service practices may have disenfranchised a number of southern Utah voters," claiming that "voters turned their ballots in on time, but they were postmarked after the state’s deadline." As of Monday evening, Jenkins trailed incumbent Rep. Celeste Maloy by 314 votes. Read more about the latest in the CD2 race.
