Medicaid Transportation Website Launch on Medicaid.gov

Today, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) launched a new Non-emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) webpage as part of Medicaid.gov. Visitors to the new page can access information on the Assurance of Transportation and the new Section 209 requirements of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021.

This site also contains the recordings from recent stakeholder listening sessions designed to obtain input and shared learning about the leading practices for improving Medicaid program integrity for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation.
