Stuck in a grilling rut? When I find myself making my third batch of grilled chicken in a month, I turn to “green ingredients” to spice up dinner. In fact, vegetables like onions, eggplant, peppers, and mushrooms can all be made more delicious over an open flame! We’ve rounded up a few of our favorite vegetarian grilling recipes, so the next time you need some inspiration, give one a try. Might I also suggest pairing dinner with a simple Rosé Punch?
