ABC Radio Melbourne

A sweet surprise

Hi, Matt Preston here.

I've been sharing Saturday Mornings with you on ABC Radio Melbourne and now it’s time we had brunch together too.

During August, I'm sharing a weekly recipe with you to impress your friends and family at home. These are some of my favourite recipes that I'd be cooking for my radio guests if they were joining me at home instead of in the studio.

This week we’re cooking brûléed pancakes, with Shaun Micallef joining us on the show. Tune in from 8.30am on 774AM or on theABC listen app.

Get the recipe for my pancakes with a twist here. I can’t wait to see you recreate these dishes. Make sure to tag me on Instagram: @abcmelbourne and @mattscravat

We’ll be sending you the recipes every Friday, giving you plenty of time to get together the ingredients so we can enjoy brunch together on Saturday morning.
