We are asking all NECS patients to answer these questions before they come in for an office visit.
In the last 20 days:
Have you tested positive for COVID-19?
If yes, please call our office before you come in to see us.
In the last 14 days:
- Have you been exposed to someone with Coronavirus?
- Have you had/do you have a fever or shaking chills?
- Have you had/do you have a new cough?
- Have you had/do you have shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
- Have you had a loss of taste or sense of smell?
- Have you traveled outside of Maine or New Hampshire?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, please call our office at 207-303-3300 before coming in for your visit. We can help determine the right course of action for you, and limit the spread of infection.
