Electional astrology - a/k/a event timing - is an important part of my astrology practice. As I've been helping clients pick the best dates for important events, it's become clear that finding great electional dates during the rest of 2018 is unusually challenging. (Do Mars, Venus and Mercury really need to have their retrogrades so close together?)
This inspired me to write this issue's feature post, "Event Timing for the Rest of 2018." My recent posts have focused on spiritual topics, so it was a nice change of pace to write a straight-up astrology piece again!
In my personal life, community is a major theme. I'll be on retreat this weekend as part of a small but dedicated group which has been meeting weekly for many months. We're developing a cutting-edge infrastructure to support service, awakening and more.
The following weekend, I'll be part of the staff supporting over 50 men at the Fifth Annual Wildman Gathering near Asheville. I look forward to once again co-creating the live music for the transformational breathwork and facilitating a small group integration circle.

Event Timing for the Rest of 2018
The second half of 2018 is tricky for those hoping to start a significant new project or make a major purchase.
