SEC: BMW reports inflated sales numbers to investors

The Securities and Exchange Commission settled charges against BMW AG and two U.S. subsidiaries that accused them of inflating U.S. retail sales while raising $18 billion in bond offerings from investors. Power tool company opening Ladson facility

Daye North America, an outdoor power tool manufacturer, plans to establish a national distribution center in Ladson.
