Brabham Oil Co. purchased 130 Pinnacle Point for $4.7 million in a transaction facilitated by Trinity Partners. The 111,509-square-foot industrial flex building was 93% leased to two long-term tenants. (Columbia Regional Business Report)

Westinghouse locating new facility in Clarendon County

Despite record unemployment numbers in 2020, Upstate hiring agencies are scouring the labor pool to fill high-skilled professional positions. National staffing employment reached its highest peak in 10 months in November with at least 48% of staffing companies in the American Staffing Association reporting an increase in assignments each week.
