Basil and Parmesan Chicken Salad

Puree the mayonnaise, basil and garlic in a blender or food processor. Toss chicken, celery, pureed mixture and Parmesan in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

My Mother had requests for her lemon pie constantly and now I share her secret! Follow directions on pie filling. When you take the cooked filling off the heat add the butter and lemon juice, stir in and let cool.
Make any kind of cupcakes and frost as desired. Put some coconut in a baggie with a few drops of green food coloring, zip the bag and squish it around until the coconut turns green.
