Future for Reata Fort Worth
New Location
#WeAreReata

We have made the decision to search for our new home.

Today begins a new chapter for Reata.

A time to grow beyond our current walls.

A time for unity.

A time for possibility.

A different location will not change who or what Reata is.

After nearly two decades in its current space and 26 years in downtown Fort Worth, Reata Restaurant is looking for a new home … and the public is being asked for help to finding the legendary restaurant’s next North Texas location.
Do you have an idea for a great location for Reata?
Email [email protected] with your idea.

Below are some guidelines for Reata’s new home:
12,000 – 20,000 square foot building with space for up to 200 parking spaces
or
2 acres of undeveloped land

Reata hosts two Medal of Honor Recipients!
The National Medal of Honor Museum will soon be built in Arlington, TX! This historic project will serve as an inspiration for our nation and a beacon for the values enshrined by the Medal. More than 40 million individuals have served in the United States Armed Forces since the Civil War. Fewer than 4,000 have received the Medal of Honor – our country’s highest recognition for valor in combat.

Reata was proud to host two of these great heroes on September 14. Major General Patrick Brady and Lieutenant Colonel William Swenson are both playing an instrumental role in raising awareness and funding to make the Museum in Arlington a reality. Leading the effort is the newly appointed President and CEO, Chris Cassidy, who is one of only two individuals to serve our country as both a Navy SEAL and a NASA astronaut.

The Museum is a being funded by contributions from generous Americans from across the country and hopes to break ground in the spring of 2022. All Americans are invited to join the effort by making a donation to help them reach the $185 million needed to break ground. Visit mohmuseum.org or contact Amber Zuckerman at [email protected] to learn more.

The museum store has transformed into a gallery and welcoming space, new lighting has been installed, and the collection has been rearranged in ways to incite new dialogue between the artworks and the viewer.

A reservation is required for entry to the museum, but as always admission is free. The museum is operating at limited capacity and maximum group size per reservation is 15 people. When you make a reservation, you and your group will be the only people visiting the gallery during the time for which you sign up.

Today’s cooking demo is how to cook the perfectly seared tenderloin! Beef tenderloin is an important protein and provides 10 essential nutrients, including iron, zinc, and vitamin B12. Add colorful vegetables as a side dish to boost the nutrition of the meal by including vitamin C rich vegetables, which enhance iron absorption from the beef tenderloin.
