| | | | | | | Melbourne Symphony Orchestra’s outdoor concert series booked out quickly this year, but you can still catch all of the action on ABC Classic.
We'll be broadcasting all three concerts live, and you can also watch the orchestra’s livestream on our website.
The first concert, at 7:30pm on Friday 29 January, features Debussy’s Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun and Stravinsky’s Firebird, alongside music by Ross Edwards.
The concert on Saturday 6 February will have you dancing in your seat with some some toe-tapping favourites including Bernstein’s Symphonic Dances from Westside Story. On Wednesday 10 February get ready for some jazz with music by Duke Ellington and Australian jazz composer Vanessa Perica, as well as Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G Major. | | | | | | |
