| The Macau government has trimmed its 2025 gaming revenue forecast by 5 per cent, lowering the original estimate from MOP240 billion (US$29.8 billion) to MOP228 billion (US$28.3 billion) — or MOP19 billion per month — citing lower-than-expected casino performance so far this year. The revised projection was announced on Tuesday after the Executive Council reviewed an amended government budget plan for 2025. |
