 Thi Huynh, our LECOM PharmD Candidate, was looking at how different clinicians recommend different food plans for their patients. Although she found almost as many plans as there were clinicians, the two most prominent plans were low carb and Mediterranean. She then started looking for comparisons to see if she could find which one was the best for weight loss and glucose control.
