We’ve been talking a lot about love and relationships lately.
We’ve also been talking a lot about what can prevent or destroy true relationship.

Love isn’t toxic.

We’ve been thinking about how, if we truly love ourselves well, then we know how to love others well.

If we are honest, we can also tell when something harmful is being done to us. We can detect when a person is a toxic presence in our lives.

If we overcome our insecurities and our self-loathing and our negative thinking that we deserve whatever we get, then we can do something about it and establish healthy boundaries and require others to respect them.

This is your life!
Others shouldn’t live it for you.
You get to decide how to live it.
