Pack your bags, it's camping season ⛺️

A rustic campground at the meeting of two iconic Michigan waterways has been named one of the Midwest’s top places to camp in 2024. The Dyrt, a camping resource with millions of user-generated reviews and photos, released its annual list this week naming the Mouth of Two Hearted River State Forest campground No. 3 in the Midwest. The rankings are based on reviews and ratings from campers.

You can be among the first people in the world to see the restoration of one of Michigan’s most majestic buildings. Shuttered since 1988, the once-abandoned Michigan Central Station will reopen on Thursday, June 6, following a years-long restoration by Ford Motor Company.  There will be a 10-day public open house with tours and events.
