Angola youth: Louisiana officials on Friday began moving teenagers out of the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola, in line with a U.S. District Court judge's order that the teens be removed from what she called "intolerable" conditions, James Finn reports. Despite the order, the state has fought for the right to keep the teens in the prison. Campaign finance: No candidate in the governor's race has been able to surpass Attorney General Jeff Landry's fundraising lead, according to the latest campaign finance reports.
