BREAK IN THE CASE: It's been more than five years since the family of Tulane University graduate Thomas Rolfes learned he was shot and killed near a South Claiborne Avenue intersection. This week, police could tell them they had a suspect in custody. Ramon Antonio Vargas has the story.
