In the late 18th Century the River Fleet was buried underneath the expanding streets of London. These days it’s nothing more than part of the London sewer network, but it was once the largest tributary to the Thames. We’re going to take a walk from King’s Cross down to Blackfriars bridge along the original route, taking photos along the way. Don’t worry, we’ll be above ground so no need to bring your wellies!

We’re kicking the workshops off with an Instant dose of double exposures around Covent Garden. Our new Lomo’Instant Wide camera is jam-packed full of features, and we’re going to be experimenting with the Splitzer lens attachment and segmenting our shots into halves, quarters and thirds! We’ll also have some party-food and instant photo booth in the store for all and sundry to play around and have some fun.

It’s World Pinhole Day, so we’re going to pick up our beloved Diana F+ camera, twist off the lens and change the aperture to f150, AKA pinhole mode and go about shooting the city in funky lo-fi.

We’re teaming up with our friends at Blurb to create a fantastic Lomography magazine, and we want your help! We’re going to meet up at the store, learn how to create a photobook and then load up an LC-A+ camera before taking a walk around some of London’s famous sights. We’ll shoot and shoot until our legs can’t carry us anymore, and within a few weeks each participant will receive their very own Lomography magazine.
