A Message From the Editor

If your law firm is anything like us here at Law.com, Fridays are work from home days. But, today isn't a typical Friday. It's Super Bowl Parade Friday! In our first item today, Amanda O'Brien got the lowdown on which firms are letting their lawyers beat the crowds (by staying home), which are offering their workers a 'bird's-eye' view of the parade, and which are giving their employees the full day off to enjoy the festivities. Also, despite being a decade away from the age of mandatory retirement, the head of the Commerce Court is deciding to step away from the bench.
