Kick up your heels at O'Brien's Restaurant in Bergheim where we'll taste prime rib bathed in garlic butter and spicy honey-glazed salmon. Next, the "Enchilada Queen" gives our taste buds the royal treatment with a sampling of her 18 (!!) different enchiladas at Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen in Houston. Last, I'm digging in at The Buttermilk Cafe in New Braunfels. The mother and daughter behind this spot are cooking up some of the best breakfast in town. Tune in, you don't want to miss it! |
