It's our hardest working Sales Partner Portal yet!
Yesterday, we started our daily report back to Transcend19. Today let’s look at the portal updates that were introduced at Transcend and are already in your portal.

Funding holds tab.
Located under Merchants, this tab will show you any merchants who are on a Risk/NACHA funding hold, as well as instructions on how to resolve any issues.

Merchant statement emails.
Hit the envelope icon (located below the Statements button) from the Merchants tab to email a statement to a merchant as a PDF. You can even send from your mobile device!

TMS ticket creation.
Click the Support Tickets tab under Merchants to submit a TMS ticket on their behalf. Upload supporting documents for an address or bank account change, update ticket amount or deposit frequency, and more! Please remember, the Notes that you enter will be public and therefore viewable by the merchant when updates to the ticket are made.

Export full results.
Now when generating search results in the Merchants tab you can export all results, not just the 50 that show on the results page, saving you time!

New user permission level.
Create a basic login that will allow your employees to view only the Merchants tab from your portal. To grant these logins, go to Your Account > Users > Invite a User. Then, select the type of login you would like created. Note: these logins will allow for a full merchant ID search for any merchant under your hierarchy.

Sponsor bank info.
You can now see which sponsor bank (BMO/TBB) a merchant is on in the Accounts section of the Merchants tab.

System status site.
While you are automatically subscribed to our emailable status updates, you can also check the status of our systems at any time by going to trust.paymentshub.com.
