Licensing principles and delegation frameworks published OFSI has today published guidance on the principles its licensing caseworkers follow to assess licence applications and refer to for a licensing decision to be made. Alongside this, it has published the frameworks that govern who makes a decision in regard to that licence application. This guidance can be found on our guidance pages on GOV.UK.
