Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., has said no further coronavirus-related stimulus measures will gain congressional approval without liability protections for employers. Meanwhile, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said the government must set specific standards to protect workers as businesses reopen, although such guidance from the CDC has been shelved.
