Let's talk crawfish

As we near the end of 2024, south Louisiana restaurants and boil shacks are already starting to advertising nightly crawfish specials, signifying that supply of the sought-after crustaceans may have bounced back after last season's woes.

Said Todd Fontenot with LSU AgCenter: "It's going to be a plentiful year, hopefully, if production is good with the acreage out there."
