Hey fam!

How y'all feeling? Like how you really feeling? I hope you're taking care of yourself while the world slips into further chaos.

Before I hit y'all with the good news, let me list out a non-comprehensive list of people who were horrible this week:

1. The Ukrainian police “refusing to allow Nigerians to board buses and trains” but allowing white Ukrainians flee as the war with Russia ensues.

2. The republicans blocking the Crown Act which would ban hair discrimination against Black employees and students.

3. The New York Times for publishing a story about Serena Williams yet using a photo of Venus Williams.

4. Kanye West for his continued antics and forcing me to defend a Kardashian.

5. Joe Rogan just because.

OK, that's enough time spent on the negative. The positive side of the news is below! Remember to take care of yourselves this weekend!

And if you were late for work this week and someone called you out for it, I hope you responded like Rihanna. Time is a social construct anyway.
