Welcome to your daily update from the News Letter. In the news today: * Leaked internal DUP minutes show fear of looming electoral collapse, and dismay at party’s direction. The minutes show alarm at the state of the party, an expectation that it will lose MPs, MLAs and councillors, and a belief that there must be “drastic change”. * Three men have been arrested this morning by Detectives from PSNI’s Criminal Investigation Branch and Paramilitary Crime Task Force, investigating an incident involving a significant gathering in the Pitt Park area of east Belfast on February 2. * The Queen has expressed her best wishes to the Irish President, Michael D Higgins, and the people of Ireland, ahead of St Patrick’s Day. In response Mr Higgins extended his “warmest appreciation for your good wishes on our national day” and described her 2011 visit as a “moment of healing”.
