Prisma Health announces layoffs for 327 workers

Prisma Health officials today announced layoffs that will affect 327 employees throughout the system. The organization has a workforce of about 32,000 and had already eliminated 200 positions since Oct. 1.

Turbines company selects site for demonstration project

BarberWind Turbines LLC, a wind technology company based in Greenville, has selected Concordia, Kan., as the demonstration site for their second-generation mid-sized wind turbine. The project will be located about seven miles south of Concordia town center, according to a news release.
