Constable shot: A deputy constable and another person were shot this morning while serving an eviction notice at an apartment in the West Lake Forest area of New Orleans, authorities said. The search was still on for the suspect. Both shooting victims were alert, with stable vital signs, authorities said during a news conference at University Medical Center.
