Walgreens Pharmacy Services Midwest LLC. The settlement will end a California labor lawsuit brought on behalf of a class of 6,745 pharmacy technicians who allege that Walgreens failed to compensate them for off-the-clock work and pay overtime wages, as required by California state labor law.
#7 Bank of America Settles California Labor LawsuitsSanta Clara, CA The Bank of America (BofA) California reached an agreement whereby $11.5 million will be paid to approximately 25,000 tellers, personal bankers and operations managers. The settlements stem from three proposed class actions alleging California labor law violations, including overtime and off-the-clock work.
