A Message From the Editor

Good Morning. U.S. President Donald Trump has created much uncertainty—this week particularly in Europe. So we've asked law firm leaders at European firms to discuss how they're navigating that uncertainty—for their clients and their firms. We also are covering the increased synergies between the Middle East and Asia and what firms are doing to prepare for a surge in cross-regional work. And we have an important story about Baker McKenzie's move toward greater financial integration, driven by a desire to improve profitability and cut costs associated with its verein structure.
