SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY 1 Peter 4:7-10 "But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. Use hospitality one to another without grudging. As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God." ARCHIVE |

QUOTE OF THE DAY Joseph Smith " do not dwell upon your faults, and you shall not upon mine. Charity, which is love, covereth a multitude of sins, and I have often covered up all the faults among you; but the prettiest thing is to have no faults at all. We should cultivate a meek, quiet and peaceable spirit" (Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Joseph Smith, p. 428). ARCHIVE |
