SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY Doctrine & Covenants 6:33-34 "Fear not to do good, my sons, for whatsoever ye sow, that shall ye also reap; therefore, if ye sow good ye shall also reap good for your reward. Therefore, fear not, little flock; do good; let earth and hell combine against you, for if ye are built upon my rock, they cannot prevail." |
QUOTE OF THE DAY Heber J. Grant "One can never tell what will be the result of faithful service rendered, nor do we know when it will come back to us or to those with whom we are associated. The reward may not come at the time, but in dividends later. I believe we will never lose anything in life by giving service, by making sacrifices, and doing the right thing" (Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Heber J. Grant, p. 143). |
