Latter Day Light DAILY DEVOTIONAL October 27 Everlasting Gospel |
SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY Revelation 14:6 "And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people." |
QUOTE OF THE DAY John Taylor "The great principles of truth are so varied and comprehensive. . . . They reach back into the past, exist in the present, and stretch forward into the future. In the gospel of Jesus Christ is embodied all truth, so far as the salvation of the human family is concerned, and hence it is spoken of in the scriptures as being the everlasting gospel" (Teachings of Presidents of the Church: John Taylor, p. 14). |
