A Message From the Editor

Good morning. Several top global law firms are negotiating deals with the White House, hoping to escape President Donald Trump's punishing executive orders and resolve questions raised about the legality of their diversity practices. Meanwhile, Davis Polk posted record revenue and PEP in 2024, and Skadden is growing rapidly in the Middle East. And in Germany, the Justice Ministry has appointed 11 lawyers to the country’s highest court, including three from international firms.
