Coded is up for best series, while Jarod Joseph is nominated for best actor and Angela Moore for best supporting actress. Best of luck to the entire team. die Seriale is the oldest festival in Germany dedicated to presenting and celebrating independent web and digital series. The fest runs from June 9 to 11, 2017. Frances Koncan wins Winnipeg Arts Council RBC On the Rise award Posted: 08 Jun 2017 01:06 PM PDT Congratulations to Frances Koncan (CBC New Indigenous Voices), 2017 winner of the Winnipeg Arts Council RBC On the Rise award. Frances is an Indigenous emerging writer and director from Couchiching First Nation, now based in Winnipeg. Her multidisciplinary avant-garde work deals with incendiary political topics in innovative, original ways. Previously, she won the Winnipeg Fringe 2016 best Manitoba play award for zahgidiwin/love.
