Christine Falco, Jeremy Torrie, Sheona McDonald selected for Whistler talent labs Posted: 10 Nov 2016 01:15 PM PST Christine Falco (NSI Drama Prize) and Jeremy Torrie (NSI Aboriginal Cultural Trade Initiative, Featuring Aboriginal Stories Program) are among those selected for Whistler Film Festival’s Power Pitch boot camp. The three-day competition is aimed at helping Canadian feature producers fine-tune their project packages and pitch skills. The winner gets a $1,000 cash prize and $10,000 studio credit. Christine was selected with her project The Forgotten and Jeremy with Old Magic. Sheona McDonald (NSI Global Marketing) has been chosen for the Doc Lab: Story Money Impact program with The Man Film. The three-day intensive program aims to help filmmakers improve their story craft, funding strategy or outreach plan.
