IMPACT

A survey is being conducted by the research advisory committee for the Independent Media Producers Association of Creative Talent (IMPACT).

IMPACT – Diversity Research Initiative aims to better understand current practices and barriers to creating a more diverse and inclusive workforce from the producer’s perspective. The goal of this research is to provide a clear picture of where and why change efforts are working, how best to support and accelerate them, and where and why those efforts are falling short.

IMPACT is asking all Canadian producers, development executives, filmmakers etc. to take 15 minutes to complete this survey and contribute to their findings.

By participating in this research, you will be contributing to an important body of knowledge that can affect real change. Participation in this survey is completely anonymous and confidential.

IMPACT is a national member-based organization with the mission to combat systemic racism by building a more equitable, fair and prosperous entertainment industry for media producers who are Black, Indigenous and People of Colour of all genders, sexual identities and disabilities.

Fill out the survey.
