Production is currently underway in Winnipeg on the feature film Percy from producers Daniel Bekerman and Brendon Sawatzky, and writer Garfield L. Miller (all NSI Features First). The film stars Christopher Walken and Christina Ricci and is based on the true story of a small-town Saskatchewan farmer, Percy Schmeiser (played by Walken), who takes on major conglomerate Monsanto.
