WET WEATHER ARRIVES: It's looking cloudy out there, and forecasters say rain is on the way as what's shaping up to be the first named storm to threaten Louisiana makes its way north through the Gulf of Mexico. The National Hurricane Center say the storm, which will likely become Tropical Storm Claudette, could bring as much as 10 inches of rain to southeast Louisiana.
