Nominations Are Open for the Fife Business Awards 2025

The prestigious Fife Business Awards are back, and nominations are now open for 2025!

First NE Fife Adult ADHD Support Group Starts Soon

The first adult ADHD support group for people in North-East Fife starts a six-month pilot on Monday 2nd December after St Andrews social enterprise café owner Lisa Cathro found there was a need for a local group.

Lisa, who’s owned and run Zest - which trains young disabled people in hospitality skills to help them into paid work - since 2008, was told by users on a Fife employability forum they needed a North-East Fife group for adults diagnosed with, or suspected of having, ADHD because they found the ones in Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline too hard to get to and the venues unfamiliar.
