Oncology Massage At The Secret Garden Rooms Carol Anne Brown has travelled the world since starting her journey as a massage/spa therapist at the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews back in 2005 On returning to her hometown of Kirkcaldy, Carol Anne started her own therapy massage business, the award-winning Secret Garden Rooms, from a unit in her garden before moving into the town’s John Smith’s Business Park. Carol Anne now provides a wide range of massage treatments, specialising in lymphatic drainage and oncology massage, offering relaxing experiences during and after treatment for cancer. Dunnikier Park Community Golf Drives Forward With Ambition Dunnikier Park Community Golf in Kirkcaldy has published its second Trustees Report detailing a tremendous year of activity and development. The charity, founded by Martin Christie, president and former captain of Dunnikier Park Golf Club, introduced park golf or gowf to Kirkcaldy in 2022. This simple and safe form of golf, which only requires one club and a ball originated from Japan in 1983 and is growing in popularity across the globe. The charity’s base is Fife Golf Trust’s 2019 course at Dunnikier Park, a six-hole, 500-yard course, where offers an inclusive, recreational activity to all members of the community, of all ages and abilities. Families who are struggling to provide food, heating and clothing for their children. The fund provides urgent assistance for essential items. This support is usually via cash grants to assist with a range of needs, such as food, utilities, clothing, bedding, appliance repairs, replacement of appliances that have failed, or other essentials.
