Death sentence defense: AG Liz Murrill’s office will take over defending the conviction and death sentence of Antoinette Frank, a former New Orleans police officer who killed two restaurant workers in 1995. The move, as Jillian Kramer reports, is part of a sweeping offer she's made to defend all the state's death penalty cases "through post conviction relief, federal habeas, and execution.”
