A study from Rubbermaid Commercial Products found that nearly 10% of millennials would be willing to quit their jobs if their employer was not committed to sustainability. The survey showed 57% of companies offered employees an incentive to get a yearly preventive health examination, while 73% offered an incentive for biometric screening.
