The Contestants:

The epic annual kitchen battle is back at MUFSO, the Texas Pete Kitchen Hero Cook-off. This year's contest will benefit two charities. Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry program will receive a $10,000 donation to be presented by the winning chef. In addition, World Central Kitchen will also receive a $10,000 donation to be presented live on the MUFSO stage on Tuesday, October 2nd at 9:15 am. Then, you can taste the winning dish at the Awards Gala reception starting at 6 pm the same day. It will be an exciting and inspiring competition, so come by and watch the chefs in action anytime between 8 am - noon on Monday, October 1st in Parrino's Oven on the 2nd floor in the Hyatt.
