The teaser pitch I'm being asked about most recently is from Eric Fry over at Investorplace, and I haven't covered his stuff before so we're digging in today to check it out -- he's got a "secrets of the world's richest zip code" pitch that starts off a bit annoying, but it's mostly just a pitch for "disruptive technologies" -- the companies who will shake things up and create fortunes.  Whatever could his favorites be?  He's talking up food delivery, fintech, self-driving cars, robotic warehouses, all kinds of cool stuff, so just click below to....
