DearJohn, KEMET's U2J is an extremely stable dielectric material for Class I multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs). Ceramic capacitors using the U2J dielectric retain over 99% of nominal capacitance at full rated voltage. When referenced to ambient temperature, U2J ceramic capacitors provide a predictable and linear change in capacitance. Additionally, U2J ceramic capacitors extend the available capacitance of Class I MLCCs into a range previously only available to Class II dielectric materials such as X5R and X7R. | Features and Benefits | Applications | - Flex termination available
- High thermal stability
- Higher cap value than C0G
- Lead (Pb)-free, RoHS & REACH compliant
- Linear capacitance change with respect to time
- Low ESR & ESL
- Low noise solution similar to C0G (Low Distortion)
- Low dissipation factor DF <0.1%
- Non-polar devices
- Small predictable and linear capacitance change with respect to temperature.
| - Data acquisition
- FM demodulation
- Internet of things
- Op Amp Filtering
- Phase lock loop (PLL)
- Power supply filtering
- Sensors
- Transmission (Voice, Video, Data)
- Wireless charging
